1. Measurement initially displays 0.00 on the LCD, when it displays "u25b2"on the left side"u25bc"on the right side, it means the left side is higher and right side lower, when it displayv"u25bc"on the left side"u25b2" on the right side, it means the left side is lower and right side higher.

2. Turn on the instrument and begin to measure ,thethe read-out is the relative angle of theabsolute level.

3. Press the " ZERO " button , reset the value toproceed relative measurement.

Absolute Measuring Mode

Turn on the instrument and begin to measure , theread-out is the relative angle of the absolute level(The absolute zero position of the instrument hasbeen factory-calibrated)

Relative Measuring Mode

The instrument allows to set zero at any slope aseference surface , and to measure the relativeangle based on this slope.

1. When it turns on , put theinstrument onto themeasuring surface ( showingthe angle comparing toabsolute level.

2. Short press ZERO buttonit displays 0.00.

3. Put the instrument on the surface that needs to be measured , or change the angle on the reference surtace , there adout displays the angle value relative to the reference surface(here it is 25).
